This is the first time I know that Soc Trang has a modern and spacious obstetrics hospital. Naturally, this time I had the opportunity to visit my friend who was giving birth. The hospital looked a bit deserted compared to SG, but I found that in the provincial area, it looked really nice and dimpled.
