I just had a very satisfying experience at this hospital. A trusted address for medical examination and treatment. My mother had thyroid tumor surgery here. The team of doctors and staff, from the security guards to the cleaning ladies to the girls in the canteen, are all very enthusiastic, welcoming, friendly and extremely gentle. The doctors and nurses are highly skilled, experienced in surgery and taking care of patients after surgery. The room is clean, quiet, staying here for 3 days, my mother and I did not feel like going to the hospital, but like going on vacation 🥰, this is difficult to achieve in a public hospital. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you Dr. Luong for performing surgery on my mother, thank you to the brothers and sisters on the 6th floor who took good care of my mother during the 3 days of treatment here. I hope the hospital will grow more and more to help more patients.

Now when I came to visit the doctor in Hong Phat, the first thing I noticed was that the hospital did not have a disinfectant smell (a big plus for me). When I entered the door, there were customer care staff asking questions and giving careful instructions. Unlike going to a public hospital, you have to spend a lot of time researching yourself. My uncle is located in Hong Phat and compliments the doctors and nurses here very much. Dedicated care, thoughtful and fun.
