I cannot speak for the other doctors and nurses at the facility, but Dr Ciulla and his nurse are absolutely wonderful! He listens and advises. I was with my last primary for 14 years, driving to B’ham every six months. I felt like number not a person at that particular practice, but I hate change. Once I finally made the decision, I regretted not doing it 3 years ago when I moved to this area. As for the office staff, they do need to be more professional. Maybe some customer service training or hiring individuals with a little more experience. The turn around on call back’s could also be better, but I ALWAYS get my lab results quickly. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Ciulla.

Dr. Ciulla and his nurse, Allison, are incredible! They’re so kind, efficient, and you can tell they really do care. They dig deep and exhaust all options for diagnoses and treatment. Highly recommend!

Dr Ciulla and Alison are wonderful. He has been my dr for over 12 years now. Always concern and very patient with my non stop questions. They both give me a brighter day even at my worst. And since his move of practice, so far I have no complaints for any of the other staff.
