1. I live in Guelph and have now been to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital twice in the last month for two different procedures (Barium Swallow and Upper Endoscopy). Both times, every staff member I have come into contact with has been fantastic… from the volunteers greeting, the staff at registration, the nurses and doctors. The nurses and doctors have been friendly, patient and caring. Being new to both procedures (and anxious around hospitals in general), the staff and hospital environment definitely helped calm my nerves and make the experiences a lot less stressful. Neither of the procedures were serious at all but that didn’t prevent the staff from ensuring their patients felt comfortable and at ease. This is a drastic contract to the experiences I have had at Guelph General over the years.

2. I injured myself on the weekend.
Came to the ER. Was seen in a timely manner. X-rays completed efficiently. Discharged shortly afterwards, good outcome, and routine follow up with Family Doctor if needed.
Polite and professional staff.
Extremely clean.
Parking is very easy.

3. My family had a few ultrasound visits, surgeries, and overnight stays in the last a few years, and we are very satisfied with the treatment and services here. Two surgeries we had were due to unexpected and acute conditions, and we appreciated that they were addressed by CMH staff in time.
