CAMC Teays Valley Hospital is a nonprofit, 70-bed facility located in Hurricane, West Virginia. Part of the Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) Health System, it provides comprehensive healthcare services to the residents of Putnam County and surrounding areas. The hospital is staffed by over 100 physicians and nearly 400 nurses and non-clinical staff, offering emergency services and specialized care.

I was sent here via ambulance from Greenbriar Valley Hospital for severe colitis and have been here for the last few days. The whole staff and doctors have been great. With that being said, I especially want to point out Sharon Smith, RN and Angel Walden, MA. They took care of me like my mother or wife would have done and Mede this terrible experience a lot more tolerable than I can express. Thank you all for the wonderful care you have provided. Took a family member to the ER, was seen quickly and efficiently, everything was explained by the nurses and doctor, and all were attentive and polite, thorough tests. She was admitted to ICU and nurses were attentive and polite. Hospitalist saw her, nephrologist came within a few hours, she was monitored closely. She said everyone working there was extremely nice. The family is very happy with her care.
