My family and friends have always had a positive experience here. The staff are kind and caring. It’s a very busy clinic, I think the whole town uses them!

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I needed a Covid test, drove up there yesterday, parking lot was full so I called them. They told me they weren’t accepting anymore patients that day because they were already at a 4 hour wait time but told me she could schedule me an appointment for today. My appointment was for 8am. My son was told at work last night he needed to be tested because someone at work had tested positive so even though he didn’t have an appointment I took him in with me as a walk in. We got there about 15 till 8 and both were done and out of there by 930. We would have been out even sooner but since we had neither one ever been there before we both had to fill out new patient paperwork and there was an issue with my insurance so I spent probably 10 minutes on the phone with the insurance company. So if you’re complaining about the wait time, call and make an appointment. It goes so much faster that way. I tested positive. They called me in 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. I left there and drove straight to CVS in Albertville. Both of my prescriptions were already filled and waiting on me. I am very pleased with our visit today. The staff were super friendly and we were in and out in a very timely manner despite their heavy workload at the this time.
