Carroll County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Carrollton, Kentucky. Established in 1955, CCMH has evolved from a small rural hospital into a leading outpatient diagnostic center and advanced technology hub. It serves Carroll, Trimble, and Gallatin counties, offering inpatient, skilled, and rehabilitation services, as well as a hospital-based Rural Health Clinic. CCMH provides care to over 14,000 people annually through outpatient services, 3,000 through inpatient services, 12,000 through the emergency department, and 27,000 through physician services.
