Very good treatment from the first anxious conversation with the nurse. I had so many questions, concerns and worries. Had long conversations where I got many good answers. Once I had decided, it went very quickly and smoothly. Had surgery in Malmö where I felt safe, was treated professionally and kindly. Beautiful luxurious premises. Follow-ups by phone at regular intervals. I could also call in between myself if necessary. Everything has gone well. After just over six months, I have lost 28 kg and have gained a new life. Have been able to stop blood pressure medication, cpap and antidepressants. I had high blood sugar and high cholesterol both of which are now normal. Have started working out at the gym and feel incredibly much better than before. Never want to be the same again. It's just a shame that Region Skåne doesn't help when someone like me is 65+.
