I just had minor surgery with CFB and I must say I'm grateful for the customer service from start to finish. It was my first surgery and Dr Joyce Sakala was very patient with explaining the procedure. They played the music I wanted (probably for the first 30bseconds before I passed out ) and looked after me well afterwards. Special attention to Nurse Janet Mbewe as well for the extra attention given.

If ever I ended up in a hospital in Lusaka again, this is where I will go. Very good treatment. Fast. Cheap (well, relative to South Africa. For Europeans it could feel like they didn't pay anything). The full day in hospital, multiple tests, nurse availability, multiple doctors' visits, medication, meals, etc were so cheap, I almost felt ashamed. I didn't even bother trying to claim from medical insurance back home. On-site testing center for bloods and stools. Regardless of how bad I felt, the doctors' calmness were extremely reassuring. Hospital experience relates to a visit in March 2019 for myself and 13 year old son
