I broke my leg and was transfered here from Gainsville. I was very pleased with the nurses especially Selwyn,Julie, Robbin and Johnathan. They were all very helpful and nice! So glad our town has this hospital. They have a great physical theraphy department. Even the people that clean the rooms were very nice and did a good job. I was there for two weeks.

My dad and I had to go to Chatuge Regional Hospital after I slipped, fell and broke my right ankle on the 2nd hole of Mountain Harbour Golf Club, the day before my brother got married. Got to ER, told the receptionist what happened and she jokingly said, I didn’t know golf was a “full contact” sport. On the bright side, the Doctor that saw me and took x-rays of my ankle/foot was very professional. He said I would need crutches and a boot, to which I have never used crutches before, but I was in a wheelchair from ER room to my dad‘s car. The whole ER visit took almost an hour and a half. Thank you so much to the hospital staff for taking care of my needs during my vacation.
