I would like to start with Thank you, Chelsea. After months of trying to find primary care, Chelsea was referred to me by a friend and I now owe a second thank you to that friend. Chelsea was very quick to respond to my inquiry and confirm my insurance, and in that same conversation had me scheduled for our first Telehealth visit. During that call she was very detailed and thorough in her medical history questions, and was personable throughout the entire call which made opening up so much easier and very comfortable. I especially appreciate the active listening and instant effort in finding the right direction for care and referral options. She immediately scheduled an appointment for lab work to be done, which was mobile so I didn’t have to go anywhere, and informed me of the results as soon as they were received. Chelsea has proven to be attentive, detailed, and (most importantly) that she sees and hears the individual and I look forward to maintaining a (literally) healthy journey with her.
