Chien Shin Hospital was established in 1994 by Dr. Lin Cheng-Chun, building upon the legacy of the Lin Shui-Lai Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital founded by Dr. Lin Shui-Lai in 1956. Located at No. 295, Qixian 2nd Rd., Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City, this eight-story facility is renowned for its excellence in obstetrics and gynecology. It was the first specialty hospital in Kaohsiung to receive an Artificial Reproduction Permit from Taiwan's Ministry of Health and Welfare. The hospital has consistently achieved high scores in national accreditation reviews, with a validated successful live birth rate of 62% in 2017, significantly surpassing the national average of 35%.
