Central Alabama Wellness is located in the heart of central Alabama.  We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving communities of Chilton and Shelby Counties.  We provide a wide array of services to all ages.

Central Alabama Wellness provides an array of services for individuals dealing with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. In our substance abuse programs, priority admission is given to pregnant women, women with dependent children and individuals with IV substance use disorders. Services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, other than case management, are based upon available waiver services as approved by the State of Alabama Department of Mental Health.

The center specializes in:

• Mental health services for adults, children, and adolescents

• Substance use disorder treatment

• Dual diagnosis care (co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders)

• Case management and in-home intervention

• State-licensed facility offering a continuum of care, including inpatient, outpatient, and aftercare programs

• Emphasis on person-centered support and community-based services
