Came in same day surgery unit last week. I received excellent patient services at the registration desk. I received total explanations on each step that would be taken until discharge. I was made to feel comfortable, and everyone( nurses, attendants, and doctors, and anyone that even had verbal contact with me) used professional bedside manner. Thank you!
