Cho Ray Hospital, founded in 1900, is the largest general and national hospital in Vietnam and the largest in Ho Chi Minh City. It serves as a major teaching hospital for the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City, training thousands of medical students and doctors annually. The hospital has 35 clinical, 11 subclinical, and 8 functional departments, and is renowned for its expertise in organ transplantation, oncology, nephrology, and internal medicine. With a staff of 2,270 (including over 500 doctors and pharmacists), Cho Ray provides care to more than 457,000 outpatients and 67,000 inpatients each year.

This is the least hospital you want to visit, because it’s is the last place before after world. The have the most skilled doctors and nurses in Vietnam. There is a draw back is this hospital always crowded with patients; therefore, the services is slow and waiting for hours is a common sense here. Hope they can improve in the future. ( tran thang )
