1. From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. They were very observant and they made sure no unnecessary visitors would go through. Thank you so much to everyone at CHOC! Keep up the great work!

2. Please go to Choc for all blood tests lab draws for your children. DONT GO TO QUEST labs for kids EVER. Choc has people with proper experience, 5 yrs plus and they dont have to draw as much blood. We had a horrible experience at Quest to do a blood test for our 1.5 yr old child (bruises, tears, and all and they couldnt even use the blood they had gotten!) and afterward we came to Choc. It was like night and day. The outpatient lab dept in the main campus (1201-A La Veta) was wonderful, decorated office special for kids, and it was quick and painless for everyone. I was in shock after we left. Richard was such a nice guy who did the test on my baby and he didnt even cry during the process! That is the difference. I wanted to give the guy a hug. Thank you again Choc, we will be back for all blood draws needed for any of our children.
