Hospital Beds & Infrastructure

 

Being a single mom (unmarried), the most important thing for me is to have my child by my side every single moment. And ChongHua understands my case wherein nobody else can look after my son who is a minor (11yrs old). They allowed him to be my watcher/ hospital companion. Fortunately, 7-Eleven is situated inside the hospital so it was so easy for him to grab a bite everytime he got hungry. With regards to the service, all staff are very accommodating, kind, patient and welcoming. Food serving is just right. This is my favorite hospital due to their compassion and professionalism. I had my regular surveillance check up done last Monday. My first time here since I usually have my procedures done at another hospital. I must say I am impressed at how courteous the staff and the doctors are. There were unavoidable delays due to the queue but I was accommodated quickly and the results were available at their patient app which make it more convenient for me to check and retrieve. Am glad I came here this year.
