Since 2004, Christian Mission Hospital (CMH) Rajshahi has been being managed by a Board of Trustees (experts with a broad range of experiences), which runs the hospital on behalf of the Church of Bangladesh. The Board maintains good relations with the Church and seeks to carry out the Healing Ministry of the Church in all its activities. Moderator of Church of Bangladesh (COB) is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BOT).
The Board of Trustees has three committees, under it, working at local level for the efficient management of CMHR and the committees are
• BOT Local Working Committee
• NI Academic Committee
• Hospital Development Committee

CMHR currently has a BOT appointed Chief Executive Officer working full time as chief functionary for local day to day management of the hospital and its patient care related services. In addition, for CMHR functioning, there are 17 established policies, including CMHR constitution, HR Policy, Staff Recruitment, MMFund policy and so on that are approved by the Board of Trustees (BOT).

• Obstetrics and Gynecology: CMH offers comprehensive maternal and child health services, including prenatal and postnatal care, safe delivery options, and specialized gynecological treatments. ​

• Surgical Services: CMH offers general surgery procedures, addressing a range of surgical needs with a focus on patient safety and recovery. ​

• Pediatrics: Dedicated pediatric care is available, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and treatment of common childhood illnesses. ​

• Primary Health Care (PHC): Established in 1994, the PHC program provides general health education, immunization, nutritional assessments, and community-level interventions in selected villages, aiming to improve overall community health.

It also houses a nursing school offering a three-year Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery, accredited by the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council, contributing to the development of skilled healthcare professionals.
