All hospitals are friendly...

I was satisfied with the most detailed check. I was able to see the doctor more comfortably than at other general hospitals.

The food in the last week was tastier than any other hospital.

3. On Monday, June 3, 2024, I went to have an endoscopy... I had the AUTHORIZATION from the medical expenses insurance... first of all, they don't have a reception or endoscopy rooms... they do it in a hospital operating room... I couldn't find the place and after 10 minutes they directed me to the space that was for surgery... the Admissions girl told me that what I already had was not Authorization, that it was a PRE-authorization and that I had to wait for the insurance resolution?????????. Sorry, I told him… this is an authorization, not a pre-authorization… I questioned him saying… tell me where it says “pre-authorization”… the study was carried out and I spent approximately 1.5 hours after the study in a recovery room for major surgeries… until what was already authorized was “authorized”… my wife had to go talk to someone from Finance and after explaining, they let me go… TERRIBLE administrative SERVICE from Brenda (Endoscopy Admissions)… and from the hospital for having those disastrous policies
