Very professional, clean hospital with caring nurses, doctors and entire staff. You don't feel like you are in a hospital in terms of decoration, environment and even the smell. I had an operation and was taken care of really perfect. Can not thank you guys enough. More than 5 ⭐. ( There are also many doctor offices on the upper floors which my doctors were too. My husband need to see another specialist so it was so convenient. The laboratory works perfect too. All in 1!)

Without question one of the best hospitals in North America. Modern, well located and staffed with dedicated professionals. A nutritionist asked me what I wanted for supper! A nurse visited my room every 30 minutes to see if I was all right! My doctor came to my room at 9 PM to verify my status. This is more like a five star hotel than a hospital.

Excellent care. I was referred to a doctor at Faro del Mayab and am so impressed. I have never had medical care like this. I had a comprehensive consultation and began treatment for an autoimmune disease. Surgery was required and my over night stay was very nice. I had a private room that looked like an upscale hotel room with floor to ceiling windows. I was well taken care of. The halls are quiet, the staff knowledgeable and attentive, and the atmosphere relaxing. The out of pocket price was slighty more than my co-pay would have been north of the border. My two doctors Dr. Navaro and Dr. Martinez were very good. I highly recommend this hospital.
