Had two scopes on my knees here. My experience was both seamless and professional experience at your hospital. Dr. Cascio's team, The Physical Therapy side of Cascio's Office, pre-op(paperwork, blood), pre-surgical area did a fantastic job. There is a young black lady who is/was in the Naval Reserves and was part of the Admin Pre-Op side I want to pass on, to her supervisor how remarkable she was. She was cordial, a delight to talk with, and just a super nice person. I apologize for being absentminded for names...but I hope someone makes sure this person gets noticed.

Emergency room staff, nurses, and doctors are compassionate and thorough. My mom was in a room in less than 5 minutes and treated very well. It was also very clean. I’d pick this hospital if I had to go to emergency room.

I’ll give a 5 star review because one nurse shouldn’t ruin it for the rest of an amazing staff , From the time we checked in at the desk to ultra sound to e.r and 2nd floor to surgery everyone was amazing and so caring ! Was their Friday Dec 6th 2024 , 2nd floor night nurse heavy set nurse with glasses I won’t post her name but she needs another career , you could tell she did not want to be there . Was annoyed that iv machine kept going off or maybe she had to get up and do her job very unfriendly . The other nurse’s was sweet as could be . Saturday morning Dec 7th nurse was amazing true meaning of what nursing is all about .
