From the time I entered the ER I was treated with compassion and knowledgeable nurses. And while I was in the ER I could not have had better care by the nurses and Dr Burton. They got me back on my feet and I was able to leave.

Since I was brought in by ambulance, there was not much of a wait. Nobody cared about how much pain I was in or why. They just wanted to give me injections for pain. When a CT scan was done, and there was fluid found near my surgery site they still gave me another injection for pain and said go home. I hurt so bad that I could not walk but I was not offered a wheelchair or any other means to get into my house and I was totally dismissed. At one time I had told my friend I would rather die than go to Saint Pats and now I Still feel the exact same way after being treated like less than human.

Brought our 3 yr old in on Christmas Day with dislocated elbow and they got us in fast and everyone was super sweet to her. They did ex rays to make sure nothing was broken and the doctor was able to put it back in place, she was instantly better ! So glad for a good experience in an emergency room !
