1. In the last few weeks, both of my in-laws and myself have had to go the ED. Absolutely stellar treatment for all of us. I used the new ED booking system (I was in and out in 40 minutes). The best part of the experiences was the staff. They are so kind, engaging and professional. We really appreciate everyone who works there (including the volunteers. Thank you so much.

3. I had to bring my 4 year old daughter to ER this morning. The triage Nurse was great, we were assessed fast and my daughter was sent to the see and treat area, the nurse there was great and fast as well. My daughter needed an x-ray, the radiologist even gave my little one a sticker. The Dr explained the x-rays results and Dr Rogerio arrived to put a cast on my daughter’s leg, he was so professional but kind at the same time. He talked to my daughter, explaining everything and even let her choose the cast colour. Thank you so much to everybody.
