1. I had a good impression of the Hospital. From the security guard, the customer service ladies to the professionals and nurses, I always felt dignified and adequate treatment in my surgical process. For improvement: appointment times are very distant, it is seen that the medical and nursing staff have strenuous shifts.
2. I want to express my most sincere thanks for the professional and completely human attention you gave to my mom. For our entire family this was very important, we felt every day (and there were many) very calm to see how they took care of her.
