Columbia Basin Hospital, located at 200 Nat Washington Way, Ephrata, WA 98823, is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving the community of Grant County. Established in 1950, the hospital has been dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to the residents of the Columbia Basin region. The facility underwent significant expansion and renovation, including the addition of 25 private patient rooms and a state-of-the-art physical therapy department featuring an occupational therapy kitchen and therapy pool.
