My wife just got done delivering our baby here and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and professional and made you feel so welcoming. They really listened to us and respected our decisions and also educated us on things and provided resources. The rooms were large and very clean if you are thinking about having your child born here do it you won't regret it and no I don't work or is this paid. my wife and I just had such a amazing experience and the staff was amazing. Thank you holy cross for going above and beyond.

I was seen in the Emergency Department yesterday and could not be more happy with my ex. I was promptly seen and treated by some of the most caring and kind associates. The care team that day, Kaitlin (student), London (tech), Taliah (charge nurse) and Suzette (physician assistant) were all amazing. Suzette even called today to check on me. I was very impressed with this and the level of service I was given. The department manager, Brandon, even checked in during my visit to ensure I was receiving excellent care. I'm so thankful I chose to go there during a very stressful situation and was reassured I was in the best hands possible. Thank you Mountain Pointe, you got a gold star, well 5 gold stars from me today!
