Founded in 2002, Community Health Free Clinic (CHFC) is a nonprofit organization in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, offering free medical, dental, vision, and prescription services to those without access to or ability to pay for healthcare. The clinic is funded by donations and staffed by a mix of paid professionals and volunteers. CHFC is committed to ensuring everyone in the community receives the care they need, regardless of financial status
