From start to finish my appointment was smooth and the staff was very efficient. Kim was amazing and you can just tell she knows her job! The office is in dire need of updating though. Looks like it hasn't been renovated or cleaned up for 30 years. I understand the concept of a occupational health clinic but it still needs to look presentable and welcoming.
