I reserved a time to be seen. When i arrived i was offered the option to have a remote (zoom) appointment as my issue did not need a to be "hands on". I was very pleased with the NP and the quality of the visit. I was seen quicker than if I'd asked for an in-person visit. Really great option for uncomplicated visits.

I have been here for myself and for my kids several times and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful from the front desk to the providers. The establishment is also very clean. I was in and out in 30 minutes today after scheduling an appointment online. I do recommend scheduling online. Those appointments get priority over walk-ins. I’m not originally from Maine and was not accustomed to going to urgent care for sick visits when I moved here. Where I’m from this is usually done at your PCP, but that’s not really an option here if you need same-day care. I highly recommend ConvenientMD for sick visits.
