1. My dad was transferred to Crawfurd Hospital (transitional care centre) from Alexandra Hospital while waiting for a place at a nursing home since mid-Jan. We are extremely impressed and happy with the environment, facilities, care-givers and patients ratio; all the (reception and ward) staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. My dad is very well taken care off and he looks super happy, cheerful and comfortable. The daily activities session in the afternoon is great for patients, especially for my dad who is bed-bound and has dementia; everyone participate and have fun.

2. Today was my first visit to CFH at my best pal's recommendation. The registration area was right beside the front entrance and easily accessed. Ms Suzanne and her team were very proactive seeing me in a cast and without crutches immediately offered me a wheelchair to sit in, while they took care of my registration. Despite some issues arising regarding my condition and scan, she was patient and understanding. Int he end all is well. Subsequently when I went for my scans, Ms Suzanne even wheeled me personally to the radiology dept. Talk about going the extra mile for a patient. There, I met radiologist Mr Joel. He was very friendly and attentive to my needs, and took the time to explain the procedures as well addressing my queries. He is competent, knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the process. Overall my first visit has left me a very positive experience. Kudos to CFH team of professionals for making me feel like a KING during my visit.
