They took my pain seriously and got started on tests and pain management right away. All the staff I met, from the patient care reps at the front to the imaging techs, nurses, and providers, were incredibly compassionate, nonjudgmental and kind. My nurse Felicia was a rockstar and so patient with my anxiety about medical procedures, plus she did a great job at keeping me laughing through everything. Her and the PA who discharged me even made sure that I went home with some meds to help keep me calm for follow-up outpatient tests, which seemed very thoughtful and “above and beyond” for the emergency room. A huge thank you to the evening/overnight staff on Wednesday 6/18, you all were amazing and got me through a really difficult night!
