I can’t express how great my visit was. I came after a very traumatic event and expected to have a long night dealing with the ER. When I arrived I first noticed just how clean everything was, which is definitely what you want to see, the receptionist was immediately welcoming, and within 5 minutes I was called back! From then, every single person I met was so incredibly nice and treated me as if they’ve known me for years instead of a stranger. They asked questions, let me rant, joked with me, and made me feel safe. I can’t get over how wonderful every nurse I met was along with the physician. I have never experienced such a great visit at an ER, and this Visit was better than any experience I’ve even had at an urgent care. Everyone was so kind and helpful to make sure all questions were asked, and all information was given. I wish I knew the names of everyone so I could write their names here on how great they were. But just an amazing staff and visit. It was truly what I needed after the traumatic day I had that lead me to my visit.
