1. The emergency room Staff were amazing... I was seen quickly and treated well. Dr. Crawford was very well spoken and helpful in explaining what was happening and the follow up. The nurses went through everything step by step for me and everyone answered my questions. As well those warm blankies and hospital ice hit so differently when sick. Thank you to the staff for showing such kindness and professionalism.

Just adding Nurse Jen in day treatments is a gift to nursing, she is incredibly kind and sweet and funny!! She makes a unpleasant experience so much better... to the point she is only one I want for my iron infusions for as long as she's working here!! Little to no bruising with IVs and I bruise easy, so very impressed (it's the little things)

2. Kindest staff I’ve ever seen. During a moment that for them it was another patient, for me I was terrified. They however, kept me calm and were extremely patient with me. Helpful, and constantly checking. I appreciate the help I got from the staff working ER at 1pm to the evening staff after the shift switch. Thank you.
