I just took my 8 year old son in because he woke up in pain from an ear ache. The staff were kind, professional ,and did a good job of making my son comfortable. Check in and out was simple and fast. We were literally in and out within 45 minutes with two patients in the lobby ahead of us. I was really dreading having to go to the ER with a young kid that was hurting, fully expecting to be there for hours but it was honestly the best experience in emergency medicine I've ever had.
