I received a confirmation that included the hospital’s location, along with clear directions to a parking area with ample spaces. My interaction with Dr. Akram Luubani was excellent. He was highly engaging, easy to understand, and thorough in answering all my questions. He explained the next steps in detail, which put me at ease. The admission process was straightforward, with clear instructions and all necessary details provided. Nurse Josephine (floor 15) was outstanding—she truly went above and beyond. She cared for me as though I were family, proactively checking if I needed anything and responding to my calls within seconds. Her attentiveness and kindness made a significant difference in my experience. I felt completely taken care of and even received more than I expected. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding care. I’m so glad I chose this hospital!
