I went to the ER for an allergic reaction to shellfish, I have never had one before so was in quite a panic. The gentleman at the check-in desk was absolutely incredible. Within seconds of knowing what was going on he was walking me over to a wheel chair, making sure I was comfortable, and got me into a room with a nurse within minutes. The nurses were some of the best I have ever experienced. It instantly felt like I was in the room with two good friends taking care of me. Dr. Stout was phenomenal in explaining what was going on, what I needed to know, and making sure I was comfy and well cared for. For being such a scary situation, I got the absolute dream team that night. It seems people are more likely to come on here and tell their bad stories than their good ones, so here’s a good one for you. Not all stories are bad ones!
