I went to the Emergency room around 5:00 p.m. because of shoulder and back pain and what I thought was a muscle spasm. The intake lady was very nice. The nurse that took my vitals and the X-ray technician were very helpful. A thoughtful young man put covers on my bed because it had been cleaned and disinfected As I waited in the back, the nurse and nurse practitioner were all thoughtful and it was determined a muscle spasm. As I left, the lady who checked me out was also nice. I was there almost two hours, but it was well worth it.

Went around 9am and was seen pretty much immediately. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Sydney and Heidi were very sweet and the doctors were understanding and thorough. Everything was very clean. Was there for a few hours but that was mostly because they had to do a lot of tests.
