When I visited him after the surgery, the general receptionist was very responsive even though he didn't have much time.
The person in charge of admission was also very helpful, showing me materials and explaining things in an easy-to-understand manner.
The staff at the nurse station on the second floor were easy to understand both in terms of explanations and responses.
In the parking lot on the way home, I received a kind voice asking, ``Did you meet your son safely?'' I felt relieved as I headed home, knowing that my son was being cared for at a good hospital.
