1. Despite all the bad reviews my friend had a great experience. She is not French and she had a hard time because nobody was able to speak English but she met very helpful people. They even tried to call the only doctor who spoke English. Frankly I think that these people have to deal with a lot of people and are just stressed, just be kind to doctors and nurses and they will treat you as you deserve!
2. Had a major issue with my eyes and was really worried. They sorted it within an hour. Everyone wanted to help, including Doctors who went out of their way to help us find the correct building. Thank you so much.
