My partner presented at the ER with severe pain last weekend, had an appendectomy, and then went back this weekend for an extended stay due to an incision getting severely infected. They immediately got us back for care and constantly kept us informed throughout the weekend. The nurses and the staff were very attentive to my well being. The nursing staff was amazing! Each and everyone of them showed genuine concern for me. If I had any questions, they were quick to listen and follow up with the Doctors. Even the transport team and culinary staff were friendly and professional. Miss Sally in transports smile was infectious even when I felt like crying.
