I went to Karnak International Hospital for a medical check. The department of radiology was well equipped. Hygiene measures were observed. The staff was knowledgeable and many of them spoke good English and were very helpful. I received a medical report in English immediately after the check. Dr. Ebtesam who is responsible for foreign patients and medical tourism guided me through this process in a very professional, calm and friendly manner. She prepared the appointment, was by my side in the hospital and made sure I got the medical report. In my opinion this is a great concept tlfor assisting a foreign patient. Thank you Dr. Ebtesam.
