We are currently staying at the Elite hospital in Alexandria. Under the care of doctor Tamer and his team. All staff including the nurses and housekeeping have been extremely helpful and kind. The hospital appears clean and customer service has called daily to continually check if their is anything we need.
In fact, all staff continue to check if we have everything. Nursing staff have been brilliant with my husband.
The food has been fresh and healthy. Very delicious.
I give 4 starts because my only issue would be the noise from the main road that the room faces. This is personal preference. This has nothing to do with staff or services provided.

We Would come back again.
