Coming to the ER with my health issues has been such a relief as I KNOW they will ALWAYS fix me right up and get me to feeling better. I absolutely love the front desk staff and registration. Everyone is so sweet and I always get a good laugh and smile from them. I always feel heard and seen by the physicians and nurses as I ALWAYS have my dates, medicines, symptoms, and health issues all written out for them to make it so much easier for care. This is THE BEST ER I’ve been to. You all are so amazing and I’m so grateful to receive amazing care and love from you all! Thank you so much! 🩷

After spending 5 hours at Peidmont, and my chart being lost then receiving more mistreatment, I discarded myself and drove to Doctors hospital. I walked into an ER that IMMEDIATELY took care of me. They treated me like their family. I have zero regrets. They moved me from the waiting run to the back in a matter of moments. If I hasn’t left and came to Doctors, my four babies would be without a mom. They saved my life!! They helped me maintain my dignity while assuring me that I was safe. ♥️ 🙌🏾
