I really appreciate the workers at this hospital. They are kind, accomodating and respectful. I didn't feel condescended to, nor treated like less of a human being. I felt that the workers set a tone of respect and dignity and support on the unit. The groups were awesome and very well facilitated. I felt like they weren't just there for a paycheck, that they actually cared about doing a good job. I would definitely go back there if I ever need mental health inpatient care.

All the patients were there because they wanted to get better, and most of the staff and doctors provided the tools to do just that. It was a safe caring environment and I learned some valuable things about myself. This hospital would be the place I would come to if I got sick again. Only caveat: get yourself checked THOROUGHLY by a medical doctor before admission because their medical doctor and facilities were unhelpful to us during the stay.
