Excellent experience interacting with admin, staff, therapists as it related to the goal of strengthening my sister's mobility. This was needed for her to transfer easily, and be able to pivet on her own. She was weak from a recent recurring illness. During different PT and OT strategies used, she graduated from the stretcher, to the standing board, then to gaining her mobility and became stronger at the departure of our visit at Encompass. Hospitality was great and food accommodated her special diet. Mission accomplished!
