I had the opportunity to visit my relative on Wed, 28 May 25, who was at your Pelham, AL facility for inpatient rehab. The beautiful location, both in and outside was excellent. We were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff, both in the reception and treatment area. We eventually went to the patient's room to wait for the end her therapy session. Your facility, from my point of view, can be described as modern, sanitary, private and welcoming. I thank you for the care you are providing patients there, including my relative.
