I know being in the ER can be frustrating when your not well. The Staff is doing their job. I’ve been to other ERs before and for some reason I felt more comfortable here; considering it’s my first time. The front desk lady says sorry for the wait; I appreciate the reassurance; although it wasn’t that long. And to be honest I’ve waited longer at another ER. I’ve waited 3 hours once but not here. Anyway; they were fast and friendly. I appreciate the kindness and patience coming from the staff today. Thank you.

I have no complaints. I dealt with at least 10 different staff members in my 6 hour visit to the ER. It's a time-consuming process but that's how an ER functions. I understand there's many patients and wait times are inevitable. Thank you to everyone for your kind and professional care. My husband and I were impressed.
