Established in 2015, ERC Eye Care Hub Hospital in Sivasagar is the flagship facility of ERC Eye Care, founded by Dr. Parveez Ubed. As the world's first "phygital" eye care company, ERC combines physical clinics with digital solutions to provide affordable and accessible eye care services. The hospital is part of ERC's mission to address the needs of over 2 billion people requiring eye care, with a focus on underserved markets in Northeast India and plans for expansion into Southeast Asia and Africa.
