Founded in 1965 by the Chinese Evangelical Free Church, Evangel Hospital provides holistic, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare inspired by Christian values. It is a nonprofit hospital aimed at serving physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs through high-quality medical care. As the second private hospital in Kowloon City after St. Teresa’s, it has grown into a well-established institution with over 60 beds and multiple specialist departments.

The hospital operates a five-story building offering inpatient services including obstetrics and gynecology, general medicine, specialist outpatient clinics, and allied health services such as pharmacy, laboratory, physiotherapy, and radiology.
