On Sunday, my daughter fell on her nose, I thought she had broken it, so we went to the hospital. We went to the emergency room, where they sent us to the ENT. When we arrived, there was a very nice young lady behind the window who took us in without even rushing us to the emergency room for a replacement ticket. We gave her all the information and after about 10 minutes of waiting, we were seen by MD Alexandra Horvathova, who, together with the nurse (unfortunately

We were with an old lady at the emergency room in the ENT clinic. The reception speed was excellent, they immediately lent us a wheelchair for a better transfer, the lady at the emergency department was very kind and humane, she clearly explained where we had to go. The doctor in the ENT clinic is very nice, helpful, and professional. After falling down the stairs (and after "treatment" at the emergency room in Levice), the old woman was still bleeding from her nose. Here, they treated her immediately and correctly, explained further treatment, and helped us. We would like to thank the doctor and the others very much for their approach, (for professionalism), communication and humanity - many times we do not find this in doctors, so we know that it is a rarity.
